TW&C owner Peter Stone is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America.  Prior to moving to Western North Carolina, Peter was the owner and head chef of a restaurant in the low country of South Carolina. In addition, Peter worked throughout the Atlanta-based Buckhead Life Restaurant Group, including Pano and Paul's and The Atlanta Fish Market.  His talent, training and experience are evident in his culinary expressions. 

In addition to owning Toxaway Wine & Cheese,
Peter is also a private chef.
